Hi all
When we have our pace maker check, can they tell if we have missed any medications?

I'll be short and to the point because sometimes when you ask what time it is some folks here will go into a lengthy dissertation on how to make a clock. The answer to your question is "No".

My friend you need to lighten up somewhat. Life is to short to be so short and to the point. lol. But some find lengthy answer consouling that some have gone thru the same thing that we have a question to, when doctors dont always give you all the answers. But im with patch dont lie about missing meds, we do forget but like tracey said those weekly containers are great, does make it much easier not to miss what your supposed to take. I was shocked at what my cardio doc can get from my pm, one was he said it looks like your doing well on your fluid restriction after reading the print out, not sure how he knew that but eveidently it must monitor fluid around heart or somethintg.

Read the question again. It can be answered, as Lenora did, in one word.
You know you're wired when...
You have a little piece of high-tech in your chest.

At age 20, I will be getting a pacemaker in few weeks along with an SA node ablation. This opportunity may change a five year prognosis into a normal life span! I look forward to being a little old lady with a wicked cane!

It depends what you're on and why. If you're on something for arrhythmia and you miss, it could show up.
I have one of those weekly containers with a slot for each day. I've gotten much better at remembering my vitamins since I started using it for the beta blockers. It's bad to skip beta blocker doses so I try to be really careful about it.
